Two months before getting married to my beautiful bride Rachel, I quit my job and started this company with nothing but passion and knowledge. Two beautiful babies and hundreds of happy clients later, Michigan Elite Lending has become a blessing for our family. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my wife Rachel and children Stevie (3) and Tanner (1). Disclaimer: if I am not with my family or working, there is a strong chance I am golfing.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
